Welcome to Destinyteller (the "App"). Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the App. By using the App, you agree to be bound by all of these Terms.
1. Service Overview
The App is a platform combining traditional metaphysics with artificial intelligence, offering Bazi (Four Pillars), Liuyao divination, Plum Blossom numerology, and AI metaphysics conversation.
2. Terms of Use
- All divination results provided by the App are for reference and entertainment only and do not constitute medical, legal, financial, or any other professional advice.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
- You may not use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or rights-infringing purpose.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
3. Subscriptions and Payment
- Free users receive 3 trial uses for each module.
- Subscriptions are offered as monthly, yearly, and other plans; the applicable price is shown in the App.
- Subscriptions auto-renew: unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, your subscription will renew automatically.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Google Play or App Store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Except as required by applicable law or platform policy, paid subscription fees are non-refundable.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in the App and its content (including but not limited to software, text, images, interface design, and icons) belongs to the App owner and may not be copied, distributed, or used commercially without authorization.
5. Disclaimer
- Divination results are generated by AI algorithms based on the information you provide and do not represent any prediction or guarantee of any event.
- You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the results.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the App.
6. Changes and Termination of Service
- We may update, adjust, or suspend certain features from time to time and will try to provide advance notice.
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Revisions will be posted within the App, and continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
