Delete Your DestinyTeller Account

You can permanently delete your DestinyTeller account and the personal data associated with it at any time, using either of the two methods below.
Method 1 — Delete inside the App (recommended, immediate)
- Open the DestinyTeller app and sign in.
- Go to the Me tab (bottom-right corner).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm in the dialog. Deletion is executed immediately.
Deletion takes effect immediately. Your account and data are removed from our production systems right away.
Method 2 — Request by email
If you can no longer access the App, email us at support@destinyteller.com from the email address you used to sign in (Google or Apple account email), with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 7 business days.
What data is deleted
- Account information (email address, display name, user ID)
- All divination records (BaZi, LiuYao, Plum Blossom charts) and person profiles
- All AI conversation history
- Subscription records stored on our servers
What data may be retained
- Purchase/billing records kept by Google Play or the App Store are governed by the respective platform and are not deleted by us. Your subscription itself must be cancelled separately in Google Play / App Store subscription settings — deleting the account does not cancel an active subscription.
- Anonymous crash diagnostics that contain no personal identifiers.
- Records we are legally required to retain, for the statutory period only.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your divination history cannot be recovered after deletion.
